Challenge:
Each year, McCann Worldgroup releases a global creative review to highlight standout work and recognize top talent across its network. For the 2016 retrospective (released in 2017), the challenge was to evolve the format and create a bold, unifying creative theme that energized the network and reflected the agency’s values.

Solution:
Inspired by Global CCO Rob Reilly’s rallying cry, “Creativity is the Only Way to Survive,” we developed a graffiti-inspired visual concept that brought raw energy and urgency to the work. I led the creative direction for a stylized photoshoot and design system that extended across web, video, and email touchpoints—turning the year-in-review into a compelling creative moment for the entire organization.
