Challenge:
The #WinningTogether Awards were designed to foster cross-agency collaboration within IPG Mediabrands. To reinforce the program’s values and unify participation across global teams, the awards needed a distinctive look and feel that honored each agency while presenting a cohesive brand system.
Solution:
I developed a visual identity that incorporated the brand colors of all Mediabrands agencies into a vibrant shadow effect extending from the lockup—visually representing collaboration and collective strength. The system was used across all award materials, including presentations for the global leadership summit where winners shared their work.
